Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 17, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Major Subdivision Application & a Site Plan Application for Windham Cove, State Route 296, Windham, NY; Tax Map #96.00-1-43 & 44, to subdivide 1.64 acres into 7-parcel lots. The applicant is proposing to build 6-units. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
