Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing for the Planning Board on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Site Plan Review Application for installation of 12’ x 36’ rectangle in-ground pool. Henson Hotel, Ely Franko, 39 County Route 65, Hensonville, Tax Map #96.13-1-20.2. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
