Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing for the Planning Board on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Site Plan Review Application for construction of 14 multi-family residential units on an existing vacant parcel. Construction will include two apartment buildings with attached garages on a vacant parcel of 2.55 acres at 291 State Route 296, Windham, in Tax Map No. 96.00-1-75. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
