Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Minor Subdivision Application for Sparta Manor LLC & Chris Maganias to subdivide 38.52 acre parcel into 2 lots located at Nauvoo Road, Windham, NY, Tax Map #62.00-1-49 & 50. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
