NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing shall be held before the Town Board of the Town of Windham at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY on Thursday, June 9, 2022 @ 7:00 pm upon proposed Local Law #1 of 2022, a local law adopting regulations regarding the development of solar energy systems are necessary to protect the interests of the Town, its residents, and its businesses. At such time anyone wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard.
