NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing shall be held before the Town Board of the Town of Windham at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY on February 11, 2026 at 6:50 p.m. to amend Local Law #2 of 2007 for the Town of Windham Subdivision Law. The proposed amendment to eliminate the restriction that currently limits the number of extensions of time the Town of Windham Planning Board may grant for a conditional plat approval. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time. Copies of the proposed law shall be available at the Town Clerk’s Office located at 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY during normal business hours.
