Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Site Plan Review Application for Or Not Apartments, Robert Giordano, 128 South Street, Windham, Tax Map #95.00-1-20; proposing to construct five 1-bedroom apartments and one 2-bedroom apartment. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
