Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 7:10 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Major Subdivision Application for Lysyy Subdivision, Yevhan Lysyy, to subdivide 19.77-acre parcel into 5 lots located at Mill Street, Windham, NY, Tax Map #78.00-1-6.112. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
