NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing shall be held by the Zoning Commission of the Town of Windham at the Windham Centre Church Property, 5379 NYS Route 23, Windham, NY 12496 on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to hear comments from the public on a Preliminary Report regarding the enactment of zoning regulations for the Town of Windham pursuant to NYS Town Law, Article 16, Subsection 266 (Adoption of First Zoning Ordinance).
A copy of the draft Zoning Map and Zoning Text can be found on the Town’s website at https://townofwindhamny.com/ and at https://wearewindham2040.com/.
At such time anyone wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard. Due to limited space, you may also submit your comments on this matter by a letter or email to the Town Clerk’s office at [email protected] until 2:00 pm the date of the meeting.
