Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing for the Planning Board on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Site Plan Review Application for a new addition & alterations to existing single family residence. ButterJam RE Holdings LLC, 9-2 Cuomo’s Cove Road, Windham, Tax Map #96.00-1-38. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
