Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public
hearing on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296,
Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Major Subdivision
Application for Windham Pines Subdivision, Allan Yarmulrik, to subdivide 110.82-acre parcel
into 7 lots located at 618 & 628 County Route 21, Windham, NY, Tax Map #61.00-5-31 &
46.00-2-11. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
