Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Windham, County of Greene has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been filed with the Town of Windham Town Clerk at 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY 12439, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until Grievance Day.
The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll
for a minimum of four hours on the following days:
Monday May 6 & 13, 2024, at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY 12439 between the hours of 9:00 am & 1:00 pm both days
Thursday May 16 & 23, 2024, at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY 12439 between the hours of 4:00 pm & 8:00 pm both days
And at least 10 days after the filing of the Tentative Assessment Roll;Tuesday May 7, 2024, at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY 12439 between the hours of 8:00 am & 12:00 noon
Saturday May 11, 2024, at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY 12439 between the hours of 8:00 am & 12:00 noon
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 am and between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, at Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY 12439, in said town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
