Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Minor Subdivision Application for Elua Cabins, David & Inna Elua to subdivide 60.62 acre parcel into 2 lots located at 738 County Route 21, Windham, NY, Tax Map #46.00-2-81. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
