Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing for the Architectural Review Board on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Site Plan Review Application for a new business Clutch & Throttle: Coffee, Cookies and Milkshake Bar, James & Stephanie Grubbs, 5383 State Route 23 1st FL, Windham, Tax Map #78.18-2-23. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
