Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 7:05 pm at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Site Plan Review Application for project Windham New York Escape, owner Evan Schieran, County Route 65, Hamlet of Hensonville, Tax Map #96.001-14; proposed commercial of 16 tiny homes for short term rental. Project will include a garage and maintenance building. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
