Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Minor Subdivision Application for Lori & Guido Aceto, to subdivide 5.43-acre parcel into 4 lots located at 95 Mill Street, Windham, NY, Tax Map #78.00-5-45.1. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
