Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Minor Subdivision Application for Donald & Katherine Murray, to subdivide a 4.17-acre parcel into 2 lots located at 425 County Route 12, Windham, Tax Map #95.01-2-3. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
