NOTICE TO BID – Gasoline Bid

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed bids will be received for REGULAR UNLEADED

at the office of Windham Town Clerk, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY  12439, until 2:00 PM August 28, 2015.  Bids shall be contained in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Gasoline Bid”.  Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town of Windham Board Meeting on August 28, 2025 at 7:00 PM.

Bid packages can be obtained by any bidder at the Town of Windham Highway Superintendent’s office, 83 Mitchell Hollow Rd Windham, New York, and shall be prepared in accordance with the forms contained in the bid package.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of the bid opening. The Town of Windham reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
