Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 7:05 p.m. at the Town Hall, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Site Plan Review Application for Robert Gerhards, 478 State Route 296, Hensonville, Tax Map #96.17-1-14. Proposing to build a 20’ x 20’ studio addition. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
