Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 7:05 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Major Subdivision Application for Woods Subdivision, William & Nancy Woods, to subdivide a 13.95-acre parcel into 5 lots located at 305 & 309 County Route 21, Windham, NY, Tax Map #61.00-2-48. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
