Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 7:20 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Major Subdivision Application for James MacDonald, to subdivide 18.58-acre parcel into 4 lots located at 281 Old Road and two vacant lots on Old Road, Windham, NY, Tax Map #79.00-1-11, 79.00-1-8.2 & 79.00-1-8.112. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
