Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing for the Planning Board on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Site Plan Review Application for The Tobie Project, converting existing garage to residential accessory studio apartment, Nathan Holdridge & Loni Koument-Holdridge & Pauline Koument, 100 State Route 296, Windham, Tax Map #96.00-1-48. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
