Windham Town Board is partnering with Greene County Public Health to provide a COVID-19 testing site for Mountain Top residents. Testing will take place at the Windham Waste Water Treatment Plant on June 18, 2020, from 3:00 till 6:00. You must call public health starting Monday, June 15, to make an appointment.
Greene residents are asked to fill out the on-line registration form for the correct site: https://forms.gle/8jK3fP1qJy27p3Cd6.
For those without internet access, please call GCPHD at the following number at 518-719-3600 and press “1” to speak to a staff member for registration. The staff member will then schedule the appointment.
